Historic Residence Addition

An addition organized around outdoor living.

A residential addition to a contributing historic Miami Beach home. An L-shaped addition creates a courtyard and expands the living space while responding to the character of the original structure. The project brought together architectural design, Historic Preservation Board approval, permitting, and coordination through construction.
