An existing 3,237-square-foot single-family residence in Miami Beach. The property was field-measured and documented to create an accurate set of existing-condition drawings for future architectural work. The work expanded into the design of a new kitchen and living area layouts, developed through plan and elevation studies as well as garage addition planning.
