An existing 1,794-square-foot single-family residence in Miami Beach. The property was field-measured and documented to create an accurate set of existing-condition drawings for future architectural work. The work expanded into the design of a new outdoor kitchen and entertaining area, developed through plan and elevation studies in response to the existing residence and outdoor living space.
