Most residential existing-conditions drawing packages can be completed within 4–7 business days following the site visit.
Larger residences, commercial spaces, or projects requiring additional documentation may require additional time.
Projects starting at $1.25 Per Square Foot
Final fees are based on property size, complexity, location, and the level of documentation required.
